CAN WE DRINK ON THE BUS?
Yes. Vehicles that display a valid MDOT registration sticker authorize the customer to have an open alcoholic beverage within the passenger compartment that they bring with them. We don’t stock the bar due to liability. However, we will provide ice, cups, and bottled water for you!
CAN WE EAT FOOD ON THE BUS?
Unfortunately, we do not allow food on the bus.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN MUSIC?
Absolutely! Just bring your cell phone, iPod, etc. and YOU control the music. We recommend you have a playlist lined up ahead of time to enhance your experience.
CAN WE ORDER AN ENTIRE BUS FOR OUR GROUP?

HOW MUCH SHOULD I TIP?
We’re very fond of our drivers and hope you are too! We like to think of it as a restaurant. You tip based on the level of service. Typically 20% is industry standard.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO JOIN A 303 CONCERT RIDE?
You must be at least 21 years old with a valid ID. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions. If you would like to rent out a private bus, please contact our sister company 303 Party Bus. You can call at 303.747.6501 or submit a reservation form to check availability!
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our concert rides, we are unable to offer refunds if you cancel your reservation. However, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person as long as they are over 21 years old.
CAN I TRADE MY TICKETS FOR ANOTHER SHOW?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our concert rides, we do not allow you to trade your original tickets in for another show. You are however able to transfer your tickets to another person as long as they are over 21 years old.
